Group leader

I joined the Institut de l'Audition (institute for hearing research) as a group leader in January 2019. I worked on the dynamics of neuronal networks as a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Neural Science of New-York University (New York, USA). Before that, I studied the biophysics of hair cells during my PhD at the Physicochimie Curie lab of the Institut Curie (Paris, France) and received an interdisciplinary education at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris, France).

Daiana Minocci


Daiana was trained as a neurobiologist. After a work experience at Oticon, a major cochlear implant company, she is resuming her research career and is now developing a new approach to stimulate the cochlea with light.

Aurélien Gaudaire

Master Student

Aurélien obtained a bachelor’s in psychology. Then, he decided to move to neuroscience and obtained a master’s degree in Cognitive Sciences (“CogMaster”) from the Ecole Normale Supérieure in 2019. Because, one master’s degree was not enough, he is now doing a second master’s degree in Neuroscience (“Interdisciplinary Master in Life Science”, IMaLiS, Ecole Normale Supérieure).
